From HR Exec to Career Leverage Advisor


For over three decades I've been a Human Resources Executive in Fortune 500 and start-up companies, varying industries, for profit and non-profits and in B2B and B2C organizations.

There is little that has occurred during this time that has not provided a source of training, skills and experience. Whether working through ramp-ups, shut-downs, moves or acquisitions, I've been engaged and involved from an HR perspective.

In addition, I have volunteered as a career transition mentor and coach working directly with executives and professionals of all levels and industries in the DFW area for the past three years.

As such, understanding the needs of professionals in transition is a natural progression for my talents. While it is disheartening to hear of someone being placed into transition, my capabilities and purpose is to help.  



I am a double graduate from Purdue University earning a Masters Degree in Counseling and HR Services, and a Bachelor's in Criminology & Psychology. I hold certifications as a Senior Professional Human Resources from HRCI and a Senior Certification (SCP) from SHRM.  



Career Leverage Advisors was founded because I noticed many individuals in job transition needed additional help in learning about themselves in order to advance and succeed in chosen career endeavors. Using my extensive HR and Counseling foundation I bring individualized assistance to serve the job seeker, those who want to improve their current performance or individuals wanting to discover career paths for building their legacy. It is my hope clients will find the real support and advise they seek to leverage their past toward future success. 

The second part of my service provides businesses and corporations with HR assistance for outplacement, recruiting, engagement and performance management. Services may be retained on a short and long term basis. By contracting Career Leverage Advisors, employers can obtain the HR services needed from an experienced HR professional without the need for headcount increases or budget overruns.
